Unable to locate an ideal smiley on Thingiverse, I decided to create my own! More smiles are needed in this world; laughing out loud. To print your own Mr. Smiley, select from three available versions, each with unique characteristics. Version 1 features a cutaway face and is best printed using yellow thread. Version 2 has an extruded face for a different color touch - the base layer requires 724mm of yellow thread, while the face layer needs 155mm of black thread. For accurate thread length, consult your specific slicing program. Version 3 can be used as a pencil or pen topper, customizable to fit your pencil diameter. Please share a photo if you print this! The STL files and original Solidworks design are available for modification purposes.
