Mr. Rogers' Neighborhood of Make-Believe Trolley

I'm reuploading this because the first one disappeared. This was a BIG project for me. The full Neighborhood of Make-Believe and Trolley! I've always wanted a ceiling train. Now this is in my dining room. Living a childhood dream. This took over 8 full days of printing, not counting all the redesigns to make everything work. The trolley's chassis was from an older version of this train: https://www.amazon.com/Westminster-Train-in-A-Tin/dp/B014ELPSB6/ref=sr_1_2?crid=SR1RNF722HJ2&keywords=train+in+a+tin&qid=1647369810&sprefix=train+in%2Caps%2C347&sr=8-2 The tracks will work with the newer version of this, but the trolley shell will take a little bit of tinkering to make it fit perfectly. I think if you print it a few percent larger, it should work, but no promises. I made the shelfy part with black brackets and prefinished flat molding from homedepot. It was less than $100 total. I printed the Trolley body in 3 pieces and glued them together. It took a few tries to come to this solution. I decided to make all of the buildings an inch or less in depth so they would fit between the track and the wall. I modified a few of them from user MuppetDesigner. https://www.thingiverse.com/MuppetDesigner and a couple of them I designed using tinkercad. I also borrowed the treetops from user Robagon. https://www.thingiverse.com/Robagon I made the medium and short tracks so I could fit it to my room. Figured it was easier than making the room fit the track. There is a tiny bit of leeway in the track itself, but not much. Let me know if you attempt this yourself. Live your dreams!
