Summary Mr. Pinchy's solution requires just a few basic tools: bolts, washers, and nuts. These components come together to form an adjustable hose clamp that can be used in a variety of situations, such as repairing broken air lines on rigs or isolating vacuum hoses for engine testing. It can also be used to adjust the flow from air compressors and fish tank bubblers. Post-Printing The hardware required is 5/16 inch imperial, with a 1/2 inch wrench fitting the nuts perfectly. Although metric measurements are generally preferred, the designer notes that using metric would come at a higher cost due to its unavailability in the local market. How I Designed This While sitting next to an irritable infant, Mr. Pinchy conceived and designed this versatile adjustable hose clamp.
