Mr. Mouse Pumpkin - Jack-o-Lantern

<p>Say hello to Mr. Mouse Jack-O-Lantern</p><p>Material is PLA; Colors are orange, green, &amp; black. &nbsp;Also did in Glow in the Dark material.</p><p>I spend several weeks working on this and printed multiply versions to help bring down print times.</p><p>What I found work best for the quality I wanted:</p><p>0.4mm nozzle</p><p>0.2 lay height</p><p>40-50 mms for speed</p><p>I printed in 5 pieces: Core, Top, Stem, Right Ear, &amp; &nbsp;Left Ear</p><p>Tree support for core with support blockers on all area expect face area: Support density @ 5% with Support Interface Density at 25%</p><p>For top I used normal support with 5% density. &nbsp;It can be printed with no support but inside is rough. I did not worry about removing support on the top since I glued to core</p><p>Stem is normal support with 5% density.</p><p>Ears are printed flat to the build plate with no support</p><p>The above method for me was around 28 hours total print but I was happy with the quality. &nbsp;I went for quality over speed.</p><p>I did print at 0.28 layer heights with increasing speeds and a mix of different supports and got OK quality with about 16 hour total print times. &nbsp;I probably printed close to 10 of these just to mess around with different setting. &nbsp;I was going to try with 0.6mm nozzle but was happy with the 0.4mm. &nbsp;Might try that later on. &nbsp;I did find with the Glow in the dark one I could print at the faster speeds due to the material color not showing imperfections compared to the orange.</p><p>I printed on Ender 3V2 &amp; S1 and slicer used was Cura 5.1</p><p>I have included the separate models and a 1 piece model</p><p>Anyways I hope you enjoy and if you get faster print times with good quality let me know the details. &nbsp;Open to any feedback</p>
