I couldn't find a model online so I made one myself. It's for a Mr. Heater Little Buddy portable propane heater. It replaces the 1lb propane tank with a stand that accommodates the extension hose for the heater to sit on while operating. Slide the bottom into the base and the heater fits snug into the rim of the top. Snake the extension hose through the hole into the connection at the bottom of the heater to the 20lb propane tank.
