Here's a picture of me and my favorite teacher, Mr. Clymer - he's the one who always makes learning fun. This special tool I'm holding is perfect for cutting out dense sugar cookies that have been chilled to perfection in the fridge. When you're done with it, your cookie will be about 3.5 inches big before it goes into the oven and around 3.75-4 inches after it comes out all golden brown.
