I've redesigned the Blade mQX frame for enhanced strength by adding reinforced arms and a center plate with grooved arm for carbon fibre/kevlar reinforcement. I used Cura to print all parts, employing these settings: 0.4mm nozzle, PLA material, 0.15mm layer height, 0.8mm shell thickness, 0.75mm bottom/top thickness, and 30% fill density. Print speed was set at 60mm/s while the print temperature was 215C, with an infill speed of 80mm/s. The tight fit of landing gear and arms in the centerplate may require gentle heating for easier insertion. Kindly share your experience if this design works for you.
