MQ sensor Housing
thingiverse
The MQ series of gas sensors employs a compact heater and an electrochemical sensor to detect a wide range of gases. These sensors function optimally in indoor environments at room temperature. They can be fine-tuned for greater accuracy by adjusting the load resistor and undergoing burn-in calibration, but this requires knowledge of the target gas concentration. The sensors output an analog signal that can be read using an Arduino's analog input pin.
