MQ-25 Stingray Drone
thingiverse
Boeing MQ-25 Stingray drone. Used by US Navy for carrier-based mission refueling. Printed at 100% scale, the model is about 12" long. The one in the photos was printed in white Hatchbox PLA, at .85mm extrusion, single perimeter, 0.2mm layer height, zero infill. I recommend the outer wing segment be printed vertically with between 3 and 5 bottom solid layers and 3 top solid layers. Outer wing segments were epoxied onto inner wings.. If the built-in supports do not remove easily, score them with a knife where they join with the model. Decals were printed onto Hayes Waterslide Decal Paper for inkjet. If someone else wants to model the refueling drogue pod, I will link it here.
