MPSM v2 Radial Fan Shroud with Axial Cooling Fan
thingiverse
I designed something with two chambers: one chamber to cool the hot end with an axial fan, another chamber to cool the part with a fan shroud using a radial fan. Here it is! Use your standard fan to cool the hot end. Attach a 50mm x 15mm radial fan. Connect the radial fan in parallel to the cooling fan. Use stock spring clips for attachment. I've attached images of an overhang test that shows successful prints at 75 degrees without support. UPDATE: 30mm or 40mm axial fan mounts are available. UPDATE: v2.1 includes a fix for the two bottom screws on the 30mm version. Remember to use a 12v fan so you get maximum RPM.
