MPSM V2 Dial Top with Texture Nubs

I appreciated the Dial Topper that ericbast created, though noticed that the face needed a bit of texture if you wanted to scroll quickly. To avoid losing traction, I added some simple nubs to the top to make that handle a bit easier. Might still benefit from a mild sanding for the edges, though that's mostly user preference. Conversely to the original, I found that printing it bottom-up for this feature was nicer, since the nubs and face would come out feeling really nice, and wouldn't have any added texture from the supports. Definitely still needed for the inside portion, but they hide away once printed.
