I acquired a larger 3D printer capable of producing the panel in one solid piece, so I merged them seamlessly. The latest iteration has been fully integrated, eliminating the seam that previously required separate prints. I've optimized the design by reducing the thickness to just 2mm and also eliminated the unnecessary bump-out over the cable hole, as it didn't contribute significantly to structural integrity. This streamlined approach has cut my printing time roughly in half.
