I've since upgraded to a new hot-end mounting system, which is now a full x-carriage. Check out this design: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3419029. I highly recommend this version over the old one because part cooling is significantly better and there's less risk of cutting your x-distance on the far right side. This modification makes it compatible with my MPSM V1 clone (Primacreator P120) and the rear mount I've chosen: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1835673. While making these changes, I also upgraded to a 40mm fan mount instead of the original 30mm to avoid using an adapter. I experimented with airflow, and it seems to be working well so far, but this is still under testing. Feel free to take a look if you're interested in fluid mechanics. I've also adjusted the neck to fit snugly with the V6 hot-end; however, I'm unsure how well this will work with a clone, as size differences may vary (my printer uses a genuine E3D V6 lite). As others suggest, please use a plastic that can handle the high temperatures generated by a hot-end. In my case, PETG was used successfully. Hardware Requirements: The mounting plate at the top uses M3 bolts, while the fan parts screw directly into plastic using M3 bolts of varying lengths if your fans are compatible with this setup.
