They decided not to bother, but I went ahead and did it anyway! I've been eager for a print video from the nozzle's point of view, and I finally can get one. I picked up a ~7mmish endoscope USB camera from eBay, and modified the stock replacement shroud to bring the camera close and personal. http://www.ebay.com/itm/282093192642?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=581046675819&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT I printed mine in PLA. Once I get a sample video that makes me happy, I'll post it up. Edit 2-22-17: V4 uploaded. I think I got it as good as I'm gonna get it. Post-printing, I had to ream out the camera tube a bit with a round file, but that only took a few minutes. Better than having it too loose.
