I really loved the filament guide for the MPSM that asechrest created (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1776779), but had just designed a back vesa mount (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1718715) for my machine, and wanted to incorporate a front mount as well. So I found shadowzen's vesa and filter (http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2040431) and decided to make a mix of the two. This fits perfectly on top of my MPSM with the stock extruder.
