The screw threads on the original tend to strip quickly after just a few replacements, but this backup solution prevents that problem entirely. It's also perfect for those who prefer a single-part design over the two-piece shroud that comes with the MPSM. Printing Notes: To achieve optimal results, print this fan shroud at its current angle to preserve the screw holes. I've found that printing it flat against the bed surface often requires partially drilling out the holes afterwards.
