The 40mm fan fits perfectly on the hot end with proper ducting. A 40mm fan shroud is designed to snugly fit on the heatsink, just like e3d's stock fan shroud. This allows 100% of the air to travel through the fins. To improve airflow further, I've opened up the carriage mount. This enables more heat to be removed from the area. A removable 30mm part cooling shroud is also included. The hot end shroud includes a copy for users with Trianglelab 3d touch bed leveling sensors. If you're using this sensor, you'll need to set the nozzle offset to +26.6 and +0.4.
