This is a refined reinterpretation of a reinterpretation. Specifically JCDots rear portion side panel. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2451362 That was a reinterpretation of something else that formed a two fan panel. There was an extra hole on the front edge and several extra bolt holes. I removed both to the best of my current skills. Attached at the STL, OBJ, and MeshMixer files are included. Since my printer is being swapped out at Monoprice (DOA unit), I have not yet attempted to print this. Cura does not appear to dislike the file. I am uncertain if that indicates something. My remixed front panel that works with this removes the dangling vent holes. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3198274 Shown printed on my MP Select Mini V2, and with my front panel remix. Now neither panels have excess holes on the center edges.
