MPOW H12 Headphone "Hanger"

This fits on the MPOW H12 headphones (2019 version). You can't get them on Amazon anymore, and my husband fell in love with them and then this part on them got busted. He had to suffer with replacement subpar quality headphones while I designed this part, which he has been using for a few months with no issues so far. And I figured, if they fail, I can always print new ones. This is a 3-part construction that replaces the two-part construction that connects the speaker casing to the headband part. They assemble differently from the original pieces, but are hopefully sturdier than something that thickness would be if printed on PLA. (I can't vouch for how sturdy they are compared to the originals, though.) Requires 2 M3 screws, about 1/2" long, per side. Assembly: -Print one of each piece for the side you are replacing. -Remove the old one, and you'll end up with a large hole surrounding a wire coming out of one side of the speaker piece. -Take the part named "inner", the one that looks like a horseshoe with 2 pegs sticking inward at the bottom, and align it so that the peg with the notch in it is on the side of the speaker casing with the wire coming out. Insert the pegs into the two holes on either side of the speaker casing so the wire comes out through the notch. -Take the part named "outer", the other horseshoe-shaped one. It has two notches, one close to the center (near the part that sticks out) one on one of the ends. Line the end notch up with where the wire is coming out, and feed the wire into that notch and kind of gently press it with a finger or pencil eraser or something into the inner channel of the outer part, so that it curves around with the part and comes out at the other notch. The outer part fits around the inner part, sandwiching the wire in between the two, so bend the outer part around the inner part so that it cradles it. It will be a fairly tight fit. -Where the wire comes out of the headband, there is a metal piece that looks kind of like the end of a spool of thread. That piece needs to nest into the outer part, and fit between the outer part and what I've labeled the "screw cap", the smallest piece. The ridges on the inside of the "outer" and the "screw cap" pieces line up with the indents on the metal piece and hold it in place (this was the point of failure for my husband's headphones). You might need to rotate the speaker casing into the right orientation to get the "outer" and "screw cap" pieces to fit together properly with the metal part in between them. Once they fit flush together, take your screws and insert them from the inside out (this prevents longer screws from poking the wearer in the head). When you are done, you should hopefully have a physically functional pair of headphones.
