I fine-tuned a remix of a remix, really appreciating the original design, but it took an inordinate amount of force to put on and take off, which compromised the results, so I tweaked it to make it attach securely with minimal effort required for removal. I also downsized the hole to fit an M3 16-20mm screw, as that's what I had on hand, and added a washer on the other side. The item still fits snugly on its mount. I'm confident you'll find this remix just as useful as I have.
