I designed every hinge part, the other components were not created by me but I reworked them into separate pieces that can be printed on a machine with 3mm filament and the right adhesive to assemble. Be sure to double check and do a dry fit of all parts, especially the numbered inner clips and center outside section. The first file shows how the assembly should go, note that the top and bottom are identical except for the side where the hinge is located - this was done intentionally so you can choose which way it opens. Once I successfully print this, I will remove the WIP banner or start reworking it again. I made sure to double check all parts in Cura this time around. This version of the assembly might be a bit more confusing, but try keeping track of the file numbers and remember that odds 1-11 refer to one part starting from the left and moving right, two pieces at a time, then start over on the back left. Be sure to triple check that all connection pins between the back and front align before gluing. Even numbers 2-12 mirror this. Odds 13-17 are fairly easy to put together as are evens 14-18. Make sure your end clips on the inside (the two numbered files) slot into the inside bases, and note that the slots along the parts are for holding silicone for the seal. Starting printing today, it will take a long time, so I'll post part changes and pics as I go on 7/8/19.
