MPMD glass bed clip
thingiverse
This text is to hold a 5" mirror from Hobby Lobby (https://www.hobbylobby.com/Crafts-Hobbies/Glass-Crafting/Mirrors/Round-Craft-Mirrors---5%22/p/22814) to a Monoprice Mini Delta Printer. To make it fully customizable, I created an STL file that you can edit using the customizer to create your own version. You'll need support material for this print in its current orientation. Printing it with support material under it might allow you to remove the support material in the middle of the part, but I haven't tried it yet and don't know if it will work properly. Please share your results if you try it! To make cleanup easier, consider adjusting the starting angle of the support material. I'm not sure how effective this will be, though. I think I've got the bed radius defined correctly for the printer, but there is a slight wiggle that could be due to my printer's inaccuracy. When printing using the STL file, use 0.21mm layer heights for best results. I printed my clip at 20% infill and imagine higher infill ratios would make it less flexible. If you plan to use glass bigger than 5" with this printer, keep in mind that you'll need something on the bed to transfer heat to the glass because those little black bed clips will be in the way. You could modify the glass to avoid them or find a different solution. The clips are outside of the normal printing diameter so they shouldn't interfere with bed leveling.
With this file you will be able to print MPMD glass bed clip with your 3D printer. Click on the button and save the file on your computer to work, edit or customize your design. You can also find more 3D designs for printers on MPMD glass bed clip.
