MPMD E3D v6 Effector remix

~~This should be used with the stock carriages on the MPMD v1. Custom carriages or the v2 may cause problems and errors in the delta kinematics.~~ I have no clue if the bearing carriages will work with the MPMD V2, so test at your own risk. (1/6/22) Uploaded another remixed model from Ksihota, this time it's his IGUS Bearing Carriages. They now require M3x60 threaded rod like the effector and have a slot for the spring. = I remixed this to do a few things: 1) As I have springs going from the linear bearing carriages to the effector, I previously attempted with using nuts and what not to hold the springs in place. That didn't last as the movement would spin the nuts loose. So now it's just the effector itself keeping the spring centered. **BECAUSE OF THIS, M3x60 mm THREADED RODS ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS MOD.** 2) I made the section in which the threaded rod was held by the same length, or roughly the same, measurement as the corresponding section on my carriages: 29.5mm. The original model would require me to use a lot of shims just to make the arms parallel. 3) Made it so I could use actual nuts instead of just screwing everything into plastic. Except the actual hotend fan, that still goes into plastic. 4) Removed the beveling and zigzags from the bottom. Ideally made the first layer more of a simple shape to print. All of these were done to the "Base" model, the other two top pieces were not touched. Go get those from the original uploader.
