MPMD Cura Machine setup (with backgound image)

Update: I've got a couple of optional meshes that can be used, so I've renamed them here to indicate what they are. You'll need to rename the one you want to MPMD_platform.obj in order for the def.json file to recognize it properly. The 110mm covers most of the bed. I'm uploading a slightly smaller one to see if it provides a better fit for the heatmap. To create your image for the heatmap on the 110 version and make the fit more accurate, you'll need to crop the image at each edge of the map and add a 16mm border. Erase it and the corners so they'll be transparent in the PNG file. For smaller diameters, crop to the edges of the heatmap. If the bed is covering most of your image, it may be because you haven't made any portion transparent. I usually erase the corners, but that's not necessary - it depends on the image. This is a variation of my other setup files for the MPMD printer in Cura. Read through the information on that project for warnings and background info; I'm not going to repeat it here: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3807459 You should be familiar with where Cura keeps its user profile data. On Windows, this is in the folder C:\Users\~user~\AppData\Roaming\cura\~version#~. To use this file, place the mpmd.def.json file in the definitions folder, the mpmd_extruder_0.def.json file in the extruders folder, the MPMD_platform.obj file in the meshes folder, and your image file in the images folder. The image file needs to be named MPMD_image.png. Warning: If you've already been using the previous version, you may have conflicts due to cfg files that Cura has created for your printers and profiles. I recommend renaming your old Cura directory and creating a new one to avoid these conflicts - I didn't change the Name or ID of the mpmd.def.json file, so be warned. The image file for the background needs to be a PNG file with alpha transparency. If your image isn't displaying properly, open it up in a graphics editor and save it as a PNG with alpha transparency; that should resolve the issue. The 'heatmap' image I'm showing is just one I did a print screen from the internet - the quality isn't great, and I'm not sure of the size since I don't use topographical mapping myself. The probe points may not match the exact locations on the bed, but it'll give you an idea of the approximate high and low spots. However, you don't need to use this for just those images - you can place whatever image you want on the bed. If you notice errors or have problems, let me know and I'll try to fix them as soon as I can.
