This will mount the MicroSwiss all metal hotend (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0789V2D7C/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) to the existing effector plate on the Monoprice Delta Mini. I used PETG and printed with supports, which turned out great. To mount it securely, you'll need a little extra length of screws for the top of the hotend than comes in the kit - 18mm+ will do fine. Fan screws work perfectly. I've been experimenting with cooling and this design is as good as I can make it. Maybe someone can improve on it! This model was created on Tinkercad, unfortunately, so I won't be able to share the source files. I'm not sure why the pictures are all squished and sideways...lol *UPDATE 12/21/19* I completely changed up the design to fix the print cooling issue and I'm thrilled with the result! I moved the fan from the front of the hotend to the back, redesigning the front cover to capture every bit of cooling air to direct it straight back toward the part. After running several 'benchys' and other prints, this new design is a big improvement over my first attempt. I'll leave both up for reference. I found that installing square nuts was easiest when heating them up with a lighter first. First install them, then feed thermistor wire through the holder, position the hotend close to its final spot, then install the heat cartridge, connect the throat to the heatbreak, slip on the silicon sock, and finally mount the hot end in the holder. It's a bit of a hassle, but the results have been amazing!
