MPCNC - Z Cable Chain Mounts - Zip Ties Zmount options: 25.4mm, 25.0mm, 23.5mm Zip Tie opening width = 5mm Motor Mount: Zip Tie opening width = 4mm (Adjust for larger zip ties by scaling in one direction) The mounts secure themselves to the center gantry and motors using two zip ties. An aluminum angle is offset away from the Center Gantry, allowing a cable chain to run smoothly. I used a 10x20mm cable chain and a 30x30mm aluminum angle for this setup. Holes are drilled after alignment. It's recommended that you print the Z Mount first so you can measure the required offset. The model is roughly 65mm off-center, allowing the angle to overhang slightly. SKETCHUP files are attached if you need to make adjustments.
