MPCNC Z-Axis Thrust Plate

I wasn't a fan of how the original design applied Z-Axis loads to the motor, so I created a drop-in modified IE version of the F-Z-Lower that incorporates a thrust plate. This design also allows for the use of couplings that require an air gap to perform correctly, such as HUCO Oldham Couplings. Parts: * 2 x 608 Bearings (I used flange versions but regular ones would work too) * 2 x M8 Nuts * 2-3 x M8 Washers * M4x20 fixings for conduit mounts Assembly: Insert a bearing on either side with enough washers between them to create about 3mm of shim, lock the assembly with a nut at each end. Finally, ensure that there is no air gap between the central bearing shafts (you'll hear the washers rattling around if there is). Final notes: I haven't tried this part under heavy loads yet, but it functioned nicely under light cuts.
