MPCNC Z-Axis for 12mm Ballscrew - Early Prototype

thingiverse

Early Unreleased Prototype for a 12mm Ballscrew Z-Axis for the MPCNC. A ballscrew boasts significantly less play, thereby enhancing the tolerances of your MPCNC. It's conceived specifically for the Burly "F" (EU 25mm) Version. In theory, it should function flawlessly, but I haven't conducted any tests yet. Due to a pressing time constraint, I'm releasing these files before I can verify them myself. I implore you to share your findings if you decide to print and test this design. It's designed for a ballscrew of the same caliber as this one: https://www.dold-mechatronik.de/Kugelumlaufspindel-SFU1204-DM-235mm Keep in mind that an additional bearing 30/8 is required for proper ballscew mounting.
