MPCNC tool mount Duro DCT 160 / pen holder
thingiverse
I required a tool holder for my Dremel clone, the Duro DCT-160 from Aldi, which is allegedly a replica of the Dremel 300 but I couldn't verify this information. I utilized the design provided by tkbletsc's OpenSCAD project and added an additional hole for the clamp as well as the back for the MPCNC tool mount (F version with a 25mm center-center distance). The lower part has a diameter of 18mm, while the upper part measures 55mm in diameter. Unfortunately, the tool itself is not perfectly round, with its maximum diameter being 55mm at the black grip. The tool mount hasn't been tested yet. Update: I also leveraged HicWic's OpenSCAD project to create pen holders for the lower mount. Various diameters are available, and I used a 0.2mm tolerance along with a 10mm height.
