I have here an MPCNC tool mount designed specifically for an 800 watt water-cooled Huanyang spindle, part number GDZ-65-800C. The dimensions of this tool mount are precisely measured at 65mm in diameter and 195mm in length. To ensure a secure attachment between the front and back brackets, I strategically placed thru-holes that accommodate a standard 4mm screw. To print this intricate design, I opted for a high-quality Raise3D Yellow PLA+ material with 65% infill density and a meticulous layer height of just 0.2mm. The printing process took place on my trusty Raise3D N2 plus dual-head printer, where the extrusion temperature was carefully set to 235 degrees Celsius and the bed temperature was maintained at a comfortable 60 degrees Celsius. For added stability and security, I utilized #6 x 1" Allen head screws with nylock nuts and a flat washer to attach the front bracket to the back bracket. Although the holes were designed for 4mm screws, this arrangement worked flawlessly, demonstrating the versatility of this MPCNC tool mount design.
