MPCNC Tool Holder Nut Trap for 19mm ID pipe

I needed MPCNC Tool Holder Nut Traps that fit perfectly around my 19mm ID, 25mm x 3mm wall thickness Aluminium pipes, but the stock units were too large, clearly designed for 1mm wall thickness only. I quickly printed two of them and they slid into place smoothly - a typical outcome after carefully cleaning out the holes with a 4mm drill bit and sanding/scraping off the flattened first layer. To keep the nut traps firmly in position, I didn't include any clearance during design. The nuts fit snugly using 4mm screws, and it's my hope that others will find these useful. Print Settings Printer: 3D Stuffmaker Evolution Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Resolution: 0.2mm Infill: 60% Notes: I print all my parts with MatterControl, utilizing a 10-15 loop skirt (touching) to ensure excellent adhesion. I'm printing using PLA directly on to cold glass smeared with a 10% wood glue (PVA) / water mixture (allowed to dry completely).
