This "Thing" will make it easy for you to attach a tape measure to the "rollers" of the MPCNC. You can then run your cables along the tape measure and cover them with a cable sleeve. Essentially creating a lightweight cable chain. Commonly known as "The Tape Measure Trick"

This version is compatible with mid span conduit supports like this one - https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1160962

Print instructions

Category: 3D Printer Parts Instructions

Print Instructions (recommended)

0.2 mm layer height
PETG
Infill 15% - 50%
Brim or Raft suggested but not required for some printers.

Installation

Do NOT mount this piece under the bearing. It will cause the bearing to get stuck and prevent spinning.

Must be mounted between head of the bolt and the plastic roller. See pictures for details.

After the piece is bolted into place.
Place the end of the tape measure into the curved slot.
Then use a small drill to drill out the two small holes.
Use two small zip Ties to hold the tape measure AND your cables into place. You may use 3M bolts and nuts instead but the zip ties work better for cable management.

Example of how the mount should be attached to the MPCNC rollers.
