MPCNC Switch Endstop Mount
thingiverse
A custom variant of the MPCNC Endstop Mount utilizes two M3 nuts and two M3x7~10 screws to secure the switch in place, offering sizes of 23.5mm and 25mm. Cut away any unnecessary wiring from the underside of the switch circuit board. Clean the area on the EMT conduit where the switch mount will sit using rubbing alcohol. Apply a few drops of E6000 or Goop glue to the mating surface of the mount, ensuring it adheres firmly to the EMT conduit. Zip ties alone are insufficient for preventing movement. Measure the distance from the corner to the switch. If dual homing switches are used, mount the second switch on the opposite end of the frame at an equivalent distance from the corner. I fastened two zip ties in opposing directions. I strongly advise purchasing a zip tie gun from Amazon. Avoid Harbor Freight's zip tie guns as they often fail to function properly. Verify that the switch is securely seated against a solid surface and will be triggered when homed.
