MPCNC Swedish dust shoe

Yet another dust shoe for MPCNC. This one sits on the middle assembly rather than on the tool itself, so it doesn't move in the Z direction. Made for 40mm OD vacuum pipe and the 25mm OD version of MPCNC - I'd love to hear if it also works for the other versions! Update 2019-06-10: I created "S" (small/short) and "L" (large/long) versions of the parts attachments, files are named accordingly. In the photos you see the L version in white and the S version in orange. The L version fits well with 66mm tools such as the Katsu/Makita routers and the S version holds the pipe closer to the gantry and fits best with the 52mm tools like the 500W spindles from Banggood. Print one "Mid" and two "TopBottom" assembly pieces and assemble them like on the photos to hold the vacuum pipe. Since the pipe is attached at three positions, there is no need to tighten the nuts on the middle assembly. The middle attachment can not move in XY and the top/bottom can not move in Z, so everything is quite rigid anyway. Also, there is no need to disassemble the whole thing if you're careful. The shoe itself comes in two versions - one oval (in white pictures) and one square (orange). When using the S gantry attachments, the oval shoe is too big and the gantry will hit it when moving down, but if you use the L attachments you can choose either version. The square shoe is designed for embedded magnets, so make sure that your gcode has a M601 pause at 2.6mm height to put in the magnets. It consists of two halves, making it easy to remove one side for changing bits and setting the work piece origin. You can make "bristles" out of some thin plastic. For the square shoe, you can also cut pieces of door brush seal (i.e https://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/door-brush-seal), like I've done in the pictures. You will need 4 small M4 bolts with nuts. The name? Well, I am from Sweden so why not :)
