Print out two Long Sides and two Short Sides, then position the gantry as close to "home" as possible. Use these prints to verify if the gantry conduit is perfectly aligned with the XY support conduit. If your machine is slightly out of square, before starting the print in RH, use these prints as a guide and apply a gentle squeeze to the gantry support and the xy conduit until they are perfectly square. Then, using RH's manual controls, move that axis 0.1mm in the direction towards the square check. The machine will hold its position during the print as long as you don't trigger an emergency stop.
