I ran into a problem that prevented me from quickly securing the nut and fastener on my MPCNC foot. I also couldn't manage to access them with pliers. Since I'm paranoid, I use nylon-secured nuts, which makes holding them necessary for assembly. To resolve this issue, I redesigned the part with smooth surfaces on both sides, allowing easy bolting together. My print settings were 35% infill, 0.2mm layers, and a gyroid pattern. The foot took around 16 hours to print. For the lock corner, I used 55% infill and identical settings. Please inspect these parts in your CAD software before printing, as I haven't fully tested them due to ongoing MPCNC construction. The holes and diameters are direct copies from the original design. Additionally, be aware that larger bolts will be needed for proper assembly. You can find more of my projects on Instagram at https://www.instagram.com/roger.egli/.
