MPCNC Primo J-25.4mm & C-23.5mm: Tape Measure Trick Mounts

Includes both the original J-25.4mm mounts and C-23.5mm mounts. NOTE: C-23.5 mount needs to be tested and confirmed by someone as I don't have C-23.5 EMT pipe. Design looks correct but I have not printed. Motor and pipe mounts to allow you to use the [Tape Measure Trick](https://forum.v1engineering.com/t/better-than-a-cable-chain/6805) on the MPCNC Primo J-25.4mm (parts with no size suffix) and MPCNC Primo C-23.5mm. If you use the C-23.5 parts successfully please leave a comment so I can updated the note.
