MPCNC Primo Dust Shoe
cults3d
I'm planing to build a MPCNC Primo. I printed the main parts from Allted for the 25mm version. What's missing is the core and the tool mount for my Makita RT0700. I wanted to have a dust shoe, that can move with and without the z-axis. I remixed some existing parts in order to achieve that. < I added some holes for magnets, removed the exhaust-pipe to the deflector from Tiktiki (green in the picture) < I took the z-clamps 1:1 from Kees_B to use 32mm pipes (red in the picture) < I took the mount from Hobgoblet and made the distance a little bit bigger (yellow in the picture) < I designed a dust shoe and a connector for 32mm pipes (purple and blue in the picture) I hope that it will work. When the z-clamps are loose the dust shoe can stay on the z-axis with the magnets. If the z-clamps clamp the 32mm pipes the dust shoe remains over the work-surface and the z-axis can move indepenently. Thank you for the great source-files. I hope I made no mistake with the CC. I don't know when I have time to assemble the MPCNC, but as soon as I printed everything I upload real pictures.
