MPCNC Primo 3030 Aluminum Extrusion Adaptor

<p>Adapts 3030 aluminum extrusion frame/legs to MPCNC Primo. Sized for 25.4mm tube Primo builds only.&nbsp;</p><p>Print with the cylinder facing up and the flat part on the build plate at 50% or more infill with supports from build plate only. Take care to fully remove supports using a small screwdriver to be sure that it will sit completely flat on the extrusion. No need to print at a very fine layer height.&nbsp;</p><p>Uses four 6mm hex bolts and nuts and one 8mm hex bolt for. The 6mm bolts are intentionally a tight fit, you wont be able to to just shove them in with your fingers. When inserting the nuts it can help to press them in against the edge of a table so they sit flat.&nbsp;</p><p>Tighten down the 8mm hex bolt first before evenly tightening the 6mm hex bolts to clamp down hard on the profile. You want them tight but not enough to close the gap, PLA hasn't been tested, not sure if it will crack or not if overtightened.</p><p>Pictured print was printed in Galaxy Black Prusament PETG with a 0.6mm nozzle.&nbsp;</p>
