MPCNC Plasma Torch Holder for Angled Torch on Stahlwerk Cutters. For those who want to try before committing to the straight head assembly, this is your chance. Remove M3 and M4 holes' binding by drilling them out. The angled design lets the x-axis move freely, but the y-axis takes a hit due to the handle's placement. Zipties relieve stress on copper wire; keep cables away from stepper controllers to avoid RF noise. Print with 5+ perimeter walls for sanding. I made adjustments but didn't reprint as I just sanded the shape needed. Screw in tight, snug it up – spring washers are optional, but my design holds screws together fine. Print standing upright like mounted supports, with 25% gyroid infill for a solid outcome and enough strength to hold its own.
