MPCNC pcb endstop mount V2.1_23.5MM
thingiverse
This object was made in Tinkercad. Edit it online https://www.tinkercad.com/things/c9zxH0kcOOt I wanted an endstop for my Mostly Printed CNC (Primo model) that would accommodate n Ender 3 style PCB endstop. These are available fairly inexpensively through AliExpress. They consist of a switch and JST coupler mounted on a small PCB, with holes spaced in a 15 mm square. You should be able to mount the board with, say, M2 or M2.5 screws. M3 for the clamp screw This a remix, but I can't figure out who made the original. It is heavily modified in Tinkercad. The original fit 1" pipe, my MPCNC was fabricated with 23.5mm pipe. The original had a pad only large enough for a switch. This design has a cutaway to recess the pcb solder joints I can't figure out how to change the filenames, but the first file is a two-count endstop STL, the second is a single endstop. I guess you'll need at least four anyway
