I've designed something challenging in Fusion, and I'd rate myself a 7 out of 10 on this one. The Ozito 850W router is cheap and powerful but also extremely difficult to work with. Its large, heavy body isn't even close to being cylindrical or rectangular - the sides are curved and tapered at different angles, making it hard to design a bracket for it. To make matters worse, there's a big power switch right where you want to grip it tightly, and the router needs to be secured in place after the mount is installed. This means it should be strapped at the top to prevent it from moving up. I wouldn't recommend using the 850W Ozito router in a CNC machine due to its awkward shape. However, if budget is an issue, you might not have much choice. If you live in Australia and already own one of these routers, you can try using this bracket I designed for the MPCNC. Keep in mind that it didn't fit perfectly on my first attempt - I had to spend an hour filing the inside ring to get it right. To save you some work, I've given the inside ring a slightly larger bore. However, I'm not printing another one just to test it out again. So be prepared for some trial and error if you decide to use this design.
