MPCNC Motion Controller 4th Axis Camera
thingiverse
This motion controlled video add-on enables you to create your own custom videos using your MPCPC. In addition, you'll need to print a setup herringbone gear like Thingiverse's 97377. You will also require a stepper motor for this project. I used a Short Body Nema 17 Bipolar Step Motor from Amazon.com, but a full body may fit as well with a slightly longer M8 screw. To complete the build, you'll need an M8 screw and bearings/washers for the extruder body. The standard head adapter part included with this add-on can be used instead of a large-head extruder bolt. If desired, the small herringbone screw can be secured with a setscrew, but I didn't find it necessary since the fit is tight and the load is very small, so friction fit should be sufficient. This add-on works best when used in conjunction with the MPCNC Motion Controller Software available at www.someoldguycoding/software.
