MPCNC Lowrider2 endstop and electronics case mounts
thingiverse
I'm building a Lowrider2 MPCNC on my YouTube channel Teaching Tech. The goal is to create dual endstop auto squaring with the sensorless homing of the TMC5160 using an SKR V1.3, but it wasn't quite suited to the application. After some research, I found a simple part by AmperCZ that I based my parts on. However, my microswitches had a hole spacing of 9.5 mm which didn't match this design, and I also needed more mounting options than just the x-axis. To solve this problem, I used vernier calipers to measure the original part and then modeled up mounts for X, Y, and Z. I also discovered and printed the MKS Gen L case from aslak3, which mostly fits an SKR V1.3. Still, I needed mounting brackets, so I quickly modeled some to suit the 25mm angle aluminium I was using for my build. Full details can be found here: https://youtu.be/Vljd9lJXu0E
