MPCNC LockC Rail Support

UPDATE 11/27/16 - A J Variant has been added, measuring 25.4mm in length. If any issues arise, please let me know. Both the C and J versions have also been updated to ensure they are oriented correctly on the print bed. Work is currently underway on an F variant. UPDATE 10/1/16 - V1.2: The part has been modified to accommodate a conduit of equal length to your leg height, eliminating the need for guessing and measuring to achieve the desired rail sag. This version takes into account the Y-Axis, typically the longer axis, which sits atop the X-axis rail in corner parts. A rail support was created by modifying one of the Lock_Corner parts for the C MPCNC. It is designed to support 23.5mm conduit on long spans during the construction of an MPCNC machine. This part can be used with a standard MPCNC Flex_Foot_Bottom part as the base, and it will be updated with the exact length difference required to match the conduit lengths already cut for the corners. The central hole is intended for a 5/16 all thread, although it may be slightly tight; an update will soon be made to increase the hole size for easier use. The clearance has been standardized to ensure smooth operation. This rail support was created specifically for a 4' x 8' MPCNC currently under construction in my garage. Any suggestions or requests are greatly appreciated. Best regards, RidDleZ The following print settings were used with excellent results, identical to those employed for the entire MPCNC: Layer Height: 0.25mm Infill: 55%
