Mounts directly onto 1" EMT tubing and utilizes a ZMA03A150L04 microswitch, readily available from DigiKey at $0.79 each. Crafted into two distinct parts to facilitate placement after MPCNC assembly, these components are securely joined with 4-40 screws. The #22 two-wire cable, also sourced from Digikey, is soldered in place. This compact limit switch design pushes the boundaries of miniaturization. Post-Machining Drill mounting holes using a #46 drill bit. Switches are originally designed for 1-64 screw threading, however, I discovered that a 2-56x 1/2 thread will fit snugly. Using a #46 drill allows screws to self-tap into the plastic material.
