MPCNC Heavy Duty Corners (Mostly printed CNC)

Hello Everyone, These are some heavy-duty corners I designed for the 25 mm version of the MPCNC. You can find the original design at this link: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:790533. Those corners are stronger and should help limit the wobble of the structure if you have issues with it. The original design is good enough, but these may be necessary if you're using the MPCNC as a printer and want to reach high speeds. The corners feature belt tensioners that can be adjusted with one screw on each end. I recommend printing the corners using standard PLA, which is one of the most rigid materials available. Don't use materials like ABS or PETG, which deform easily, or printing these corners will be pointless. It's using captive nuts all around, and I suggest also using threaded inserts for the belt tensioner's screws. None of those parts need supports, and for infill, a higher density is obviously better if you want rigidity. They use the standard corner spacer originally designed by allted. It's not my design, so I didn't include it here; however, you can find it in the link above (it's called "spacer corner"). I've had them on my machine for about two years and they work very well - it really improved my printer's stiffness.
