Filament Spool Holder for MPCNC with Easy Release Clamp The Filament Spool should sit above the Machine at all times. It can be secured to the edge of the table using a sturdy clamp system. The threaded rod has a diameter of 8mm and measures approximately 15cm in length. Two high-quality Bearings, similar to those found in industrial applications, are used - specifically 608-2RS and 608 RS bearings (8x22x7). The pipe diameter is a standard 15mm, but an OpenSCAD file has been included for users who want to customize the design to their specific needs. Key variables include: * Pipe_D: This variable controls the diameter of the pipe used in the holder. * Holder_Height: This variable determines the height of the base part of the spool holder. * PART: This variable allows users to select which part of the spool holder they want to print (options range from 0-4). If you find that the clamp is too tight, you can easily modify it to make it more flexible - especially useful for printing with PLA. This modification will allow the clamp to stretch and accommodate different types of filament.
