Just uploaded this project... It hasn't been printed yet or tested. It should easily snap onto a 25mm pipe. The minimum distance in the opening is just under 24mm. Check the Ultimaker settings (also a guess). If you have some small metal rods, you can add a T-yoke to tighten it to the pipe. If you're the first one, YOU ARE the alpha tester! So start with one print and enlighten everyone with your feedback on this project before printing more. The printed part had 0.2mm clearance on the diameter, which means bigger is a larger diameter.
