MPCNC End Stop Block II
thingiverse
I used “MPCNC end stop block” by thingsdavemade, but after a few months the ears began to break off. Printed and installed the blocks again. No luck, the ears did not last. So I redesigned the blocks, keeping the good properties of thingsdavemade's idea, and strengthening the design a bit. The same screws can be used, but now there is a recess for the nut, allowing the screws to be tightened by a screwdriver, without a wrench. When mounting the blocks to the tubing, I suggest that you warm it gently with a heat gun or a hair-dryer, so they slip easily on without cracking.
